Modernizes our power grid, invests in energy efficiency to make our homes, schools, businesses, and communities cleaner and more affordable, while also creating good paying jobs and investing in manufacturing in communities across the country.

Builds out America’s electric vehicle infrastructure, including a national network of 500,000 electric vehicle chargers, and transitioning school buses, transit buses, and passenger ferries to electric to reduce emissions.

Repairs and maintains our air infrastructure, reducing congestion and emissions, making air transportation safer, and modernizing the National Aerospace System.
Safe Drinking Water
Replaces lead pipes in our water systems, improves drinking water production, and addresses the dangers of forever chemicals such as microplastics and PFAS.
Pollution and the Environment
Addresses legacy pollution, cleaning our environment and improving public health while creating good-paying union jobs and advancing long overdue environmental justice.
Expanding Internet Access
Ensures that every American has access to reliable high-speed internet through new broadband infrastructure deployment, helping close the digital divide so that more Americans can make full use of internet access.
